Born in New Westminster, B.C., Dr. Sandhu completed his Bachelor of Dental Sciences in 2007 at the Baba Farid University, India. Upon completion he began working with charitable organizations providing dental treatment until his return to Canada in 2012 where he continued as a clinical instructor teaching Dentists that were trained abroad. In 2016 Dr. Sandhu completed his Canadian Equivalency Exams and began practicing with the Abbotsford Food Bank Dental clinic until he opened his own clinic in Pitt Meadows where he continues to provide services to the community.
Dr. Sandhu is married to his lovely wife Dr. Kiran Sandhu, also a dentist and has two children, a son and daughter. In his free time soccer is his sport, he enjoys gardening and staying healthy by going to the gym. He is also trained in Sikh Martial Arts, kickboxing and is Second Lieutenant, Army Reservist with the Canandian Armed Forces. He loves dogs and has a Bull Mastiff named Sultan.
Dr. Sandhu believes building trust with patients while providing the best possible care are the most important aspects of Dentistry. He recognizes that Dentistry is a constantly evolving profession and he and his staff take pride in remaining current within the field by regularly attending CDE workshops on the latest technology, products and techniques. Dr. Sandhu is also a member of CDA, BCDA and CDSBC.
